Discover The Ranch Horse Revolution Club

The Ranch Horse Revolution Club (RHRC) is a non-profit organization founded in 2022, with a mission to celebrate, preserve, and promote the Western traditions and heritage of the working ranch horse in British Columbia. Our club is committed to hosting all-breed ranch horse shows and events across the province, fostering education, community, horsemanship, and sportsmanship for riders of all ages, skill levels, and backgrounds.

In September 2022, RHRC hosted the inaugural Ranch Horse Revolution Open All-Breed Ranch Horse Show, the first-ever exclusive ranch horse event in BC. This landmark event was a tremendous success, attracting nearly 40 exhibitors and over 185 class entries from British Columbia and Alberta. Our 2023 and 2024 events continued to exceed expectations, reaching full capacity with 100 horses and more than 550 class entries.

Guided by our motto, “Community over Competition,” RHRC focuses on creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where camaraderie and a shared passion for ranch horsemanship take precedence over competition. We strive to build a strong sense of community while celebrating the skills and traditions of ranch horsemanship.

Recognizing that youth represent the future of the ranching and equine industries, RHRC is committed to supporting the next generation of equestrians. Through the generosity of our sponsors, RHRC waived all youth class fees for the 2023 and 2024 shows, making participation more accessible for young exhibitors and their families. This initiative will continue in 2025 and beyond, reinforcing our dedication to fostering youth involvement in the industry.
